SIBIONICS is temporarily discontinuing CGM offerings in select European countries.

 
As a valued member, your trust and support have been the foundation of SIBIONICS since we entered the European market. Together, we've created an innovative and supportive community that has the power and tools to transform our health. Now, it is with a heavy heart that we announce that SIBIONICS is currently going through a strategic restructuring, and we've made the difficult decision to temporarily discontinue its CGM offerings in select European countries.
 
Effective April 30th, 2024, we will suspend operations in the following countries: Spain, United Kingdom and Italy.
Customers outside these countries remain unaffected. We understand that this news may come as a disappointment, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
 
How This Decision May Affect Customers in These Countries:
 
Unfulfilled One-Time Purchase Orders: For orders placed before April 30th, 2024, we will continue to process your orders and fulfill the shipment for you.
 
Fulfillment of SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE Orders: For your 1st upcoming orders, you can decide whether to cancel or continue the orders by replying to our customer support via email by April 30th, 2024. If you haven't replied to our email by April 30th, 2024, we will cancel the subscription orders for you. For orders to be fulfilled after April 30th, 2024, SIBIONICS will not be able to continue fulfilling them.
 
SiPoints & Gift Cards: You can still redeem your SiPoints and use your Gift Cards before April 30th, 2024. All unredeemed SiPoints will automatically double when SIBIONICS resumes its CGM offerings in these countries.
After April 30, 2024, gift cards will not be available in Spain, but can be used normally in other countries and regions.
 
App Functionality: The SIBIONICS app will continue functioning for the foreseeable future.
