Our current CGM system is compatible with the following models. However, this is just the beginning. We are committed to continuously updating and expanding our compatibility list. No matter what device you use, we are constantly seeking new partnerships and technologies to ensure that our CGM system seamlessly connects with your device. Our goal is to provide you with the widest compatibility possible, allowing you to easily monitor your blood glucose levels on your favorite device. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Notice: The SIBIONICS APP is currently not compatible with the native or "pure blood" Harmony OS NEXT released on October 22, 2024. However, the app can still be installed and used normally on Harmony OS or EMUI versions released before this date. For detailed download instructions, please reach out to customer service.

◊ The SIBIONICS GS1 system is indicated for use in people with Type 1 or 2 diabetes aged 18 and older.

§ A 60-minute warm-up is required when pairing the GS1 sensor to the SIBIONICS app.

₼ Fingerstick tests are required if your glucose alarms and readings do not match your symptoms or expectations.To confirm hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia as reported by the SIBIONICS CGM sensor, conduct a fingerstick test using a blood glucose meter.

Δ Notifications will only be received when alarms are enabled in the app, and the sensor is within 20 ft of your smartphone. Additionally, you must turn on the “Override Do Not Disturb” option if you wish to receive alarms when your phone is in DND mode.

ǁ In order to receive glucose data, please ensure the sensor is within 20 ft of your smartphone.

◊◊ The SIBIONICS app stores the last 90 days of your glucose data. For glucose data older than 90 days, please contact our customer support team.
